STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS APPLY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Customers are entitled to statutory warranty rights, ensuring their protection and satisfaction.<\/p>\n

INSPECTION AND COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Upon receipt, customers are required to promptly inspect items for completeness and obvious defects. Any complaints regarding the received items should be reported to us without delay. However, failure to report issues immediately does not waive the customer’s legal warranty rights.<\/p>\n

QUALITY OF ITEM<\/strong><\/p>\n

The quality of the item is determined by our own information and the manufacturer’s product description. Any other advertisements, public promotions, or manufacturer’s statements are not binding in terms of product quality.<\/p>\n

WARRANTY PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our warranty coverage extends for the lifetime of the product. Within the initial 30 days of delivery, defective goods will be replaced free of charge. Subsequently, a handling fee of \u00a35 will be applicable.<\/p>\n

ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unless there is a major defect that significantly affects the usability or renders the product unusable, rejection of delivery is not permitted. Minor defects do not warrant refusal of delivery.<\/p>\n

EXCLUSIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Defects resulting from improper operation, unauthorized modifications to system components, inadequate organizational means, use in unsuitable hardware or software environments, unusual use or operating conditions, or interventions by customers or third parties are not covered by the warranty.<\/p>\n

REMEDY OF DEFECTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of a defective delivery, the seller may opt to rectify the issue or provide a replacement delivery free of defects. If a replacement is issued, the customer must return the defective merchandise as per legal provisions.<\/p>\n

GRANT OF RIGHTS IN A CONTRACT FOR THE DELIVERY OF SOFTWARE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under Clause 4.8, exclusive to software purchase contracts as outlined in Clause 2.2, customers gain a non-exclusive, unlimited right to use the software upon full payment. However, this usage is limited to the number of natural persons specified in the purchased goods. Customers are permitted to install the software, load it into main memory, and use it as intended. Renting or sublicensing the software, publicly reproducing it, making it accessible via cable or wireless means, or providing it to third parties for a fee or free of charge is strictly prohibited.
