Office 365 allows you to install Office on all your devices and sign in to Office on one device at a time. This includes one PC, one Mac, one tablet, or one phone.
When you purchase Office 365, you receive access to the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher (PC only), and Access (PC only). After downloading and installing the apps using the account provided by us, you can also link it to your own account to use OneDrive with your personal account.

Differences Between Office 2021 and Office 365:
Usage:
- Office 365 is a subscription service, functioning as a SAAS (Software as a Service) platform. It does not require local installation, as Office is accessed through a browser.
- Office 2021 is desktop application software that needs to be installed locally on a computer. It can be used without an internet connection, unlike Office 365.
- Office 365 is not suitable for enterprises that restrict external network access, users with high security needs, or users without internet access.
Payment:
- Office 365 operates on a subscription basis, available for monthly or annual purchase. An annual subscription allows use of the software for that year.
- Office 2021 requires a one-time purchase, granting lifetime use, but it does not receive updates beyond the maintenance period (security patches will still be released).
Updates:
- Office 365 supports continuous updates, including new features and bug fixes, as it is maintained directly on the server.
- Office 2021 can only receive security updates and will not get new features.
Additional Storage:
- Each Office 365 user gets 100GB of storage space.
- Office 2021 does not offer this feature.
